I wanted to write to complement you on the Professionalism and quality of work that your representative, Michael Knight, and his Crew did at our home this week. It is rare to have such great customer service and hard work as your guys did. Michael worked with us to come up with a drainage solution that I know is going to work flawlessly, answering all of my questions with quick and well considered responses that I could trust. And the Crew who completed the work was diligent, careful, and thorough to detail – (and much faster than expected!)

On time and on schedule, quiet, friendly, careful…honestly, I could go on and on. From the “walk-through” with Michael on Day 1, to their pressure washing of our driveway upon completion (who else does that?), they did a fantastic job! They seemed to know instinctively what we would want done and acted as though they were working on their own property. Thorough and careful around landscaping, they preserved everything down to the last shrub. Working in close-quarters next to an existing fence with utilities, irrigation pipes and wiring, they never slipped-up or made a single mistake – and the result has made our yard look better than ever as well!

What a rare experience these days; we were shocked and pleased at the same time. Please give all of these guys a word of “Thanks” from us; you have a great Team there!

I am very happy with the work that that Advanced Drainage Solutions performed at my house. We had a severe erosion problem on the side of our house. I contacted them and they came out the next day to to show me what needed to be done.

I was then given a estimate on what it would cost to fix the problem. The estimate was very fair so we decided to use them. They gave us a time and date they would be out to do the work. They showed up on time and completed the work the same day. Very professional. We are very happy with the way our yard looks now. The drainage system that was installed works great. We have had lots of rain since the installation and no problems whatsoever with erosion.

We had an improperly graded side yard left by our contractor. I called Advanced Drainage Solutions due to good reviews online. They came out and gave me a same day quote. Their quote included everything to get the job done correctly (not a band-aid solution.) I trusted them and they delivered what they said they would. Advanced Drainage Solutions (ADS) did a wonderful job designing and creating our new drainage system. ADS spent a great deal of time assessing our very complex drainage problem (essentially our yard is the repository for our subdivision’s excess water) and then drew up a very detailed plan including drawings to address the problem. ADS followed through with its plan in an expert and timely manner. The work past a very important test – we made it through the recent tropical storm weather with no water drainage problem! Everyone on the crew was extremely knowledgeable, professional and pleasant to have around our home. Thank you for your excellent work!

These guys came when they said they would, finished in good time, and the day after they installed drainage, we had the biggest downpour of the year, lakes in the streets. I went down into the basement, where water had been literally pouring through the foundation wall, and — NO WATER! It was an immediate acid test of their work, and they passed with an A grade.

I needed some major backyard drainage work and gutter work done at my home. After doing a lot of research, I chose Advanced. Michael came out and walked me through a few different options to consider, and I shared with him a video of what my backyard turned into after a hard rain….basically a swimming pool. His trench team showed up on time, did great work basically building a custom storm drain and running several feet of PVC pipe across my back yard to connect to another, existing drain at the end of my driveway. A couple days later, the gutter install team came and installed gutters above my back porch and hooked them to a couple of rainbarrels I had purchased. Great team. Knocked it out no problem. And then tropical storm Irma hit. The new , custom drain and gutters ran “all out” for around 20 hours straight. Took in an enormous amount of storm water. No water back up, or overflow. Wow. Honestly, I can’t imagine what my yard would have looked like without the work Advanced did. Michael even reached out after Irma to see how the drain and gutters worked. That’s great customer service! Can’t thank Michael and team enough. Highly recommend.
